  2. When a business, organization, or person donates time (adding up to a specific monetary amount) to a non-profit organization and receives an acknowledgement for their goodwill on the 911 C.A.S.P.E.R. Systems’  LED Display.

  3. When a business, organization, or person donates supplies (adding up to a specific monetary amount) to a non-profit organization and receives an acknowledgement for their goodwill on the 911 C.A.S.P.E.R. Systems’ LED Display.
